The crowd cheered the winning baseball team – the captain quipped, "You know it is unbelievable, after playing baseball for 40 years there is so much about the game that I do not know."

Well, it's no different with our game called the mind – even after a lifetime, there is so much we don't know about it! Perhaps, a great way to know something about the mind is to step outside it. Mark Twain said something similar, "The two most important days in your life are the day you are born and the day you find out why."

We are, undoubtedly, still struggling to find the meaning of life, to make sense of life, to find a purpose and to bring a shape to our existence. We have a definite feeling that whatever we know is not complete.
