Her Holiness Shri Mataji placed a portrait of Sainath of Shirdi on her Sahasrara and declared that in future that photo of Shri Sainath would emit even more vibrations than before!

This gesture and declaration by Shri Mataji took place in 2005, at the Sheraton Hotel in Paris, in the presence of a few French Sahaja Yogis. Shri Mataji’s declaration is the inspiration behind this book containing most of the portraits of Sainath of Shirdi, either as photographs or as oil paintings. In her talks Shri Mataji refers to “Sai Baba of Shirdi” as “Shirdi Sai Baba” or more often as “Shri Sainath,” “Shirdi Sainath,” “Sainath of Shirdi” or just “Sainath.” Shirdi is the village in Maharashtra, a state in India, where Shri Sainath lived for sixty years.
